Shrimp and Spinach Omelet with Monterey Jack Cheese
RECIPE SUGGESTION FOR USE WITH THE SAUCE! SEAFOOD BLEND
INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped shrimp
2 tbsp THE SAUCE! SEAFOOD BLEND! 2 cups baby spinach chopped
½ cup shredded Monterey jack cheese 3 tbsp canola oil
5 eggs beaten
2 tbsp chopped scallions
DIRECTIONS:
Flip omelet and turn off heat and Add shrimp and spinach down center of omelet then fold over. Turn on to plate top with cheese and serve.
Heat chopped shrimp in microwave on microwave safe plate for 45 seconds. Remove and add to medium size bowl with marinade and stir.
Wrap spinach in paper towel and heat for 30 seconds in microwave. Heat oil in large sauté pan on medium high heat. Pour beaten eggs and scallions in pan. Lower heat and move eggs towards middle as they began to set with rubber spatula.
