Gnocchi Lasagna


RECIPE SUGGESTION FOR USE WITH THE SAUCE! THE ORIGINAL!

 

INGREDIENTS

Marinara Sauce

  • 2 48 oz can of San Marzano whole tomatoes (hand chopped) ½ cup THE SAUCE! THE ORIGINAL!

  • 1 cup water

  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

  • 2 tbsp oregano or herb of choice

Lasagna

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 3 scoops THE SAUCE! THE ORIGINAL!

  • 1 lb-cooked gnocchi

  • 12 oz marinara (use from marinara recipe from above) 1 cup cubed fresh mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup chopped scallions

DIRECTIONS:

Marinara Sauce

Heat add all ingredients (except parsley) in a large saucepan. Stir on medium high heat for 45 minutes. Add parsley.

Lasagna

Brown ground beef and drain. Add THE SAUCE! THE ORIGINAL and marinara. Stir on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add gnocchi, cheese, top with scallions. Turn off the heat, stir and serve.
